Coaching for women in English

A reflective space for confidence, clarity and change

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions for women who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their confidence and make meaningful changes in their personal or professional lives.

Coaching can be helpful when you feel stuck, uncertain, overly self-critical or disconnected from your own needs. Together we can work on self-confidence, boundaries, decision-making, communication, life transitions and creating a more grounded sense of direction.

Sessions are available in English, online or in person in Wrocław.

What coaching can support

Coaching is a practical and reflective form of support. It can help you look more clearly at your situation, identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop more conscious ways of responding to challenges.

In our work together we may focus on:

  • building confidence and self-trust,

  • setting and maintaining boundaries,

  • understanding your needs and values,

  • navigating life changes,

  • improving communication,

  • reducing overthinking and inner pressure,

  • reconnecting with joy, energy and a sense of possibility.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace psychological or psychiatric treatment. If psychotherapy or another form of specialist support would be more appropriate, we will discuss this openly.

Why in English?

I was born and raised in Poland, but I have spent most of my life abroad, living in the United Kingdom, Italy and France. My training and professional practice have taken place mainly in English, which has become the most natural language for my coaching work.

You do not need to speak English perfectly to benefit from the sessions. For many women, working in English creates a little distance from familiar stories and allows them to see themselves and their life from a fresh perspective.

What matters most is openness, curiosity and readiness to reflect on what you want to change.

About me

I was born in Poland and shaped by many years of living abroad. I understand the experience of moving between cultures, languages and identities — feeling both at home and not fully at home. This perspective is often present in my work with women who live internationally, have lived abroad or are navigating change in their personal or professional lives.

For more than 35 years I have developed my practice through training in psychology, coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, eating psychology, meditation and body-mind approaches. In my work I combine practical tools, attentive listening and an individual approach to each woman I meet.

Coaching dla kobiet to praktyczna i poufna przestrzeń rozmowy dla osób, które chcą lepiej rozumieć siebie, wzmacniać pewność siebie, pracować nad granicami, decyzjami, relacjami i zmianami życiowymi.

Sesje prowadzone są w języku angielskim — online lub stacjonarnie we Wrocławiu. Nie trzeba mówić po angielsku perfekcyjnie. Ważniejsza jest otwartość, gotowość do refleksji i chęć pracy nad zmianą.

Coaching nie jest psychoterapią i nie zastępuje leczenia psychologicznego ani psychiatrycznego.
